“Project Freedom”- Indonesia Aid

The Indonesia Aid program is an inclusive program for all women but with a focus on women who are now free from human trafficking. Project Freedom works with women in all different stages of trafficking and continues to provide support, skills and resources far beyond it. One main goal for Project Freedom is to expose these women to their own potential, to empower them with their own strength and ability, and provide them with tools and skills for success. One of the first steps, once free, is entering into the safe house, where they receive mental health aid, medical care and tools for reintegration into society. In taking steps towards stability and reintegration the program hones in on the girls interests and skills. They are then educated and trained in a field of their choosing. They are offered many different classes, from computer programming to jewelry design; and we are honored to be partnering with the sale of one of their products.

Due to Covid-19 the women have identified the need and importance for safe, reliable masks and immediately began sewing. They have sewn and sold hundreds of quality masks, with many different beautiful prints, and we are lucky enough to be selling their masks on our site. 100% of the proceeds will go towards paying the women a fair wage and towards funding the safe house.
